Hello I’m Liz. I am a qualified integrative counsellor with a Level 4 diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Reg).
My training and on-going development has gifted me the opportunity to train in a variety of theories and modalities, that will help you to understand your relationship to others and to yourself. (I am also a Chartered Physiotherapist, which has given me in-sight into the connection of how the health of the mind affects the physical body).
I aim to provide you with a safe empathic environment where you will be able to explore your experience of your life so far and begin to imagine and create a better future.
I am passionate about your journey and working with you fully - treating you as a whole person, influenced by external experiences such as lifestyle and the people in your life. Only the n can we truly understand how you have got to where you are. I understand how hard this journey can be and what it is like to trying to make sense of your life.
